What happens next? You received your login credentials in your welcome email. You can use those credentials to log in to both the platform and the app. The first time you log in, we’ll ask you to confirm your email address (this is a one-time step), and you’ll be taken through a brief 10-step tour of the platform.
Download the Checkin@work app
Download the app on your smartphone or tablet. Search for “CHECKINATWORK” or “ALL-CONNECTS NV” to find the app quickly.
As a manager, it's easier to recruit and create employee profiles on the management platform. The Checkinatwork app is part of LIVE.connect. Log in to LIVE.connect via your browser: live.connects.eu/ui/login/
Tip: Add the URL of the management platform to your toolbar (bookmarks bar) by clicking the star icon in the upper-right corner of your browser.
Through the app on a smartphone or tablet
Use the same username and password as on your desktop. Open the Checkin@work app and log in right away.
Administrators log in as managers; employees log in as users —using the credentials you receive for each person.

Our service desk is available Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. To ensure a quick response, AllConnects uses a centralized ticketing system; this ensures that your request is immediately assigned to the right person and followed up on.
