Thank you for your trust. On this page, we’ll guide you step by step through the process, from installation to a smooth launch of your management platform.
What happens next? You received your personal login credentials in your welcome email. These give you access to two things: the LIVE.CONNECTS management application (on desktop) and the PrestaMob mobile app. You use the same login credentials for both. The password in your email is temporary—you can change it yourself.
Log in to LIVE.CONNECTS
As an administrator, log in to the web application using a browser window on your desktop:
Open a web page in your browser on your desktop computer.
Enter the login information from your welcome email.
Log in to the PrestaMob app
On a smartphone or tablet, use the same username and password. Open the PrestaMob app and log in right away.
Tip: Add the URL of the management platform to your toolbar (bookmarks bar) so you can access it quickly whenever you need to.
Preparation in the management application
In the LIVE.CONNECTS management application, you'll find the setup instructions for launching PrestaMob registrations via the mobile app. Enter the required information once:

Create the user accounts for the people who will be using the app.

POIs
Points of interest: home locations, construction sites, and other relevant locations.

Type of services
The different types of performance you want to track.
Your account manager will help you get started. He or she will go over these preparations with you and contact you to schedule an online appointment. Of course, you’re also welcome to contact us yourself.
Download the PrestaMob app
Download the app on your smartphone or tablet. Open the app store on your iPhone or Android device and search for “Prestamob” —you’ll recognize the app by its light blue icon featuring a hard hat. Open the app and log in with your credentials.
