Frequently Asked Questions

Does the attendance tracking system also work for subcontractors?

Yes. You register your own staff as well as subcontractors (and their employees) at the same job site, in accordance with the Checkinatwork requirement. Limosa registrations for foreign workers are also supported.

What are the different ways people can check in?

The choice is yours: a time clock at the construction site gate, registration via the vehicle, or the Checkinatwork app. Identification can be done using a Construbadge, LISA badge, Dallas key, RFID, company badge, QR code, or ID card—so your team doesn’t need to carry an extra badge.

At what amount does Checkinatwork become mandatory?

At every Belgian construction site with a total investment of 500,000 euros or more (excluding VAT). Anyone who fails to register properly risks severe penalties that increase per employee.

What changes are coming in 2027, and are you ready for them?

Effective no later than January 1, 2027, a mandatory “OUT” (check-out) registration will be introduced in addition to the “IN” registration, and the option to register in advance will be eliminated—everything must then be done in real time at the worksite. This is currently a draft bill going through the legislative process. AllConnects’ systems are already set up for this IN/OUT registration, so you won’t need to replace anything later on.

What does it cost?

The price depends on the number of sites, vehicles, and users you have. Request a no-obligation site assessment—you’ll receive a detailed, customized estimate.
