Geofence time tracking: property secure with virtual fence

All-Connects helps you determine which Geofencing software | Track & Trace solution works best for your business. You can choose which type of hardware you want per vehicle, person and object.

What is Geofence?

All-Connects' Geofencing software is used to set up a virtual fence around a geographic area using GPS. This allows you to designate certain areas as a "GO" or "NO GO" zone. When a vehicle, person or object equipped with the Geofencing software then crosses the boundary line, an immediate alarm follows by SMS or e-mail to those responsible.

What can I do with geofence zones?

Many companies fall or stand on the employees they hire. After all, as a company, you need to be able to trust your drivers. Do all your employees drive equally safely and responsibly? Can't the daily route taken to a job site be much shorter and more efficient? Are speed limits respected by your drivers? By using GPS tracking and Geofencing, you get an insight into the driving behavior and location of your drivers, both in real time and historically.

With a Geofence option as part of our Track & Trace software, you can perfectly control the route taken, make sure your drivers stay within a certain agreed-upon zone and limit their speeds.

You choose a geofence solution you need

Several applications are conceivable for Geofencing:

  • Retailers can use it to notify customers passing by their store about offers via push messages. Wholesalers equip their delivery trucks with Geofence time tracking technology so they can track where their drivers are in real time and notify their customers when they need to get ready to unload goods.
  • Rental companies can use a Geofence solution to prevent vehicles from being stolen. For companies dealing in valuables such as diamonds or jewelry, it is a convenient, compact alarm system that can be easily monitored anywhere via a Geofencing app. In the port, it is used to increase security on the quays: drivers are not allowed to drive faster than 30 kilometers per hour in set zones. As soon as a vehicle deviates from the fixed route, transport companies can receive a notification (routefencing).
