      What is AGR-GPS?
      AGR-GPS is a certified GPS tracking system for manure transport, mandated by the Flemish Manure Bank (VLM). The system records every manure transport trip, including location, time, loading and unloading points, and quantity—and automatically transmits that data to the VLM platform. The Manure Bank uses this data to monitor manure transport in real time and verify that everything is in compliance with manure regulations. As a certified manure transporter, you are not permitted to operate without a certified AGR-GPS system.
      The driver uses the AGR-GPS tablet or app and follows a set workflow for each trip: START → LOADING → UNLOADING → STOP. At each step, the driver presses the corresponding button. The GPS location, time, and route are automatically recorded. This data is immediately and automatically forwarded to the AllConnects dashboard and to the Flemish Manure Bank—which can track the journey in real time. In the event of a field inspection, the driver always has the current proof on the device.
      There is an important distinction. The driver must confirm the trip steps themselves by pressing START, LOAD, UNLOAD, and STOP on the tablet or app—this is a legal requirement and cannot be skipped. What happens next is fully automated: the data is processed and sent directly to your dashboard and to the Flemish Manure Bank, which monitors the trip in real time. So there’s no manual reporting, no Excel, no paper forms—just the four buttons during the trip itself.
      Legislation & Compliance
      You are required to use an approved AGR-GPS system if you are a licensed manure transporter in Flanders—that is, if you transport manure professionally for others and are licensed to do so by the Flemish Manure Bank (VLM). Farmers with a neighbor agreement are required to use the AGR-GPS app—a simplified version for non-professional manure transport between neighbors. Not sure which system you need?       The AGR-GPS system is a fixed installation in the vehicle—mandatory for certified manure transporters who transport manure professionally. The AGR-GPS app is a mobile application for smartphones or tablets—mandatory for farmers with a neighbor agreement. Both are approved by the VLM and automatically record every trip.       If a trip isn’t recorded, you won’t have the legally required proof for the Flemish Manure Bank. This can lead to fines, non-compliant records, and issues during VLM inspections.
