AllConnects is a Belgian provider of fleet and asset management software based in Kontich, in business since 2002. This page outlines which solutions AllConnects offers, for which sectors, and which of these are legally required in Belgium.
We help companies with a fleet, a machine park, or mobile teams to know where their assets are, how they’re being used, and whether they comply with Belgian regulations. Everything runs on the same platform, with our own technicians who perform installations on-site and our own service desk in Kontich.
Four areas on a single platform. You start where the need is greatest and expand later within the same system, rather than adding a new one each time.
Company cars, vans, trucks, and trailers: where they’re driven, who drives them, how much fuel they use, and when they need maintenance.
View the solutionsAnything without a license plate: machines, generators, containers, construction trailers, and tools, tracked via GPS, Bluetooth, or a QR code.
View the solutionsAttendance, performance, and travel of mobile crews, including the records required by the RSZ in the construction and cleaning industries.
View the solutionsIntegrations with your scheduling, ERP, or accounting software, so that the collected data flows into the software you're already using today.
View the linkWe are the partner of choice for companies where vehicles, machinery, and people are on the move every day—and where Belgian regulations set requirements for this.
Time tracking at the job site, the mobility allowance under PC 124, and the equipment that is moved from job site to job site.
Tachograph data, load weight, temperature monitoring, and matching trailers to the correct tractor unit.
AGR-GPS for the record-keeping required by the Mestbank, the neighborhood arrangement via app, and trailer management outside the manure season.
Teams that work across many locations, using CIAO to track cleaning assignments and equipment by site.
Operating hours of rented machines, geofences around the agreed-upon area, and billing based on actual usage rather than estimates.
Even outside those sectors: any company that manages vehicles or machinery and wants to know where they are and how they are being used.
AllConnects offers 33 solutions across four domains. They run on the same platform, so you can combine them as you like. The solutions with a yellow label are required by law in Belgium for the relevant sector.
Everything related to company cars, vans, trucks, and trailers: where they are, who’s driving them, how much fuel they use, and when they need maintenance.
The platform where all your vehicle data comes together: trips, locations, fuel consumption, maintenance, and documents—by vehicle and across your entire fleet.
Shows the current location of every vehicle, machine, and team, along with the routes traveled and stops made over the past few days.
Automatically reads the tachograph's mass storage and driver cards remotely, within the statutory time limits. Required for trucks.
Links each trip to the driver who drove it, using a tag or badge. This ensures that your trip records, driving behavior scores, and fuel consumption figures are accurate for each individual.
Automatically calculates the commuting allowance in accordance with PC 124 based on actual trips to and from the job site, without the need for manual forms.
Schedule plant maintenance based on mileage, operating hours, or date, and receive advance notifications about upcoming inspections, certifications, and expiration dates.
Monitors fuel levels and fuel consumption by vehicle and by machine, and flags sudden drops that may indicate refueling or theft.
Continuously monitors the temperature in refrigerated trucks and cold storage areas, sends an alert in case of a deviation, and generates a report that you can submit as proof.
Compiles the day's trips and shows afterward whether the planned route was actually followed.
Set up zones around your depot, your job sites, and your customers. If a vehicle or machine leaves that zone outside of the agreed-upon hours, you'll receive an immediate notification.
Connects the alarm system of your vehicle or machine to a permanently staffed monitoring center, which initiates the response process itself when an alert is received.
Displays the current weight per axle of the tractor and trailer, so you can spot any overloading before you leave, rather than during a roadside weigh-in.
It assigns each driver a score for braking, acceleration, cornering, and idling, and displays that score alongside fuel consumption and the damage history.
Cameras that record the road and, if desired, the cab, and store the footage related to an incident. You’ll have them on hand in the event of damage, a dispute, or an insurance claim.
Tracks semi-trailers and trailers and automatically identifies which trailer is attached to which tractor, even if the trailer itself has no power source.
Trackers with their own battery for anything without a power supply: trailers, containers, generators, construction site trailers, and large equipment.
Checklists that the driver or operator goes through on their smartphone before departure, with a photo for each finding and a comprehensive record for each vehicle.
Replace paper work orders, delivery slips, and damage reports with forms that your employees can fill out on the go and submit immediately.
Chat between dispatch and the driver should take place within the same platform as the trip, so that assignments, addresses, and responses remain with the trip record instead of in private apps.
Brings together data on your fleet, equipment, and teams into reports that you create, schedule, and export to Excel or PDF.
For anything that doesn't have a license plate: machinery, generators, containers, construction site trailers, and tools. From a GPS tracker on an excavator to a QR code on a ladder.
Track machines, equipment, and tools using GPS, Bluetooth, or QR codes, depending on the value of the item and how often it changes locations.
One QR tag per piece of equipment. Scanning it with a regular smartphone opens the data, documents, and inspection certificates for that piece of equipment—no app or installation required.
Remotely read the operating hours of your machines to use as a basis for your maintenance planning, billing, and project-by-project cost analysis.
Shows where rented machines are located and how long they've actually been in use, so you can bill based on actual usage and pick up the equipment more quickly.
Where your employees work, when they arrive and leave, and how to report that correctly to the RSZ. This is the area where Belgian law is the strictest.
Records attendance at the construction site with the RSZ using a fixed terminal, a turnstile, or a badge reader at the site entrance.
The same attendance tracking with the RSZ, but via the employee’s smartphone. For job sites where a permanent system is not feasible or cost-effective.
It combines attendance records with hours worked and mobility data for each job site, so your payroll data comes from a single source.
Records the start and end times of cleaning assignments with the RSZ, as required by Checkinandoutatwork.
Records when an employee starts and stops work, and on which project or job site the hours were worked. Starting in 2027, every employer must be able to provide proof of this.
The requirement to register manure transport, as mandated by the Manure Bank, for certified manure hauliers and for farmers who participate in the neighbor-to-neighbor program.
Records manure transport under the neighborhood agreement using a smartphone, in accordance with VLM guidelines. No permanent installation on the tractor is required.
The fully-featured AGR-GPS system for certified manure transporters, with automatic recording of loading and unloading locations as required by the Mestbank.
Bluetooth sensors on your trailers, which can be read via the black box already installed in your tractor. This allows you to track your trailers even outside the manure season, without having to replace batteries.
The data you collect remains yours. This integration brings it into the software you're already using today.
Links your data to your scheduling, ERP, or accounting software, so that trips, hours, and operating hours are automatically transferred and no one has to retype the numbers.
Part of our offering exists because Belgian law requires it. Here is which requirement applies to which sector, and which solution you can use to comply with it.
Trucks equipped with a digital tachograph must read and store their data within specified time frames; this is done automatically and remotely via tachograph data downloads.
Attendance at the construction site must be registered with the RSZ via Checkinatwork or the CIAW app. In addition, the mobility allowance under PC 124 applies.
For cleaning assignments in certain environments, the "Check-in and Check-out at Work" policy applies: both the start and end of the assignment must be reported using CIAO.
Manure transport must be recorded in accordance with the VLM guidelines: using the AGR-GPS system for certified manure transporters, or using the AGR app for the neighbor arrangement.
