The Belgian market for track & trace and fleet management includes both local players and international platforms. They differ primarily in scope—whether they cover only vehicles or also include equipment and personnel—in their support for Belgian regulations such as Checkinatwork and AGR-GPS, and in their service models.

This page compares providers based on facts you can verify yourself: where they’re located, what they offer, and how customers rate them. At the bottom of the page, you’ll find a detailed comparison of three providers based on each criterion.

A Brief Overview of the Providers

Customer Satisfaction According to Google Reviews

Google reviews do not provide a complete picture of a provider’s quality, but they do offer a publicly verifiable indication of customer experiences. When comparing providers, it’s not just the average score that matters, but also the number of reviews on which that score is based. After all, a high score based on just a few reviews carries a different weight than a comparable score based on dozens of reviews. The table below therefore shows both the Google review score and the number of public reviews for each provider, as measured on the same day.

Publicly available Google reviews, all collected on the same day.
Provider Rating: 5 Number of reviews
AllConnects 4.9 87
Webfleet no score none
GeoDynamics 3,8 33
Traxgo 4,7 46
Suivo 4.5 10

Review counts on other platforms, such as Capterra or G2, are not comparable to Google reviews and are therefore not included here.

What to Look for When Comparing

Most quotes look similar until you compare them side by side. In practice, these five points make all the difference:

  • Scope. Do you track only vehicles, or also equipment and employees? Three separate systems mean three subscriptions, three user databases, and reports that don’t align with one another.
  • Legal requirements. Check-in at the job site, tachograph and load weight in transportation, AGR-GPS for manure transport: not every provider supports all of these requirements.
  • Integrations. Ask about existing integrations with your ERP, payroll provider, or TMS—and whether they’re included or billed separately.
  • Hardware and installation. Who will install the devices, within what timeframe, and at what cost? For equipment without a power source, you’ll need different trackers than for vehicles.
  • Contract and Growth. What happens if your fleet doubles in size or changes in nature? Ask about the contract term, the notice period, and the cost of expanding.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which track-and-trace and fleet management providers are there in Belgium?

Companies active in the Belgian market include AllConnects (Kontich), GeoDynamics (Kortrijk), Traxgo (Waregem), and Suivo (Edegem), in addition to international platforms such as Webfleet, which is part of Bridgestone. Local providers generally support Belgian regulatory requirements such as Checkinatwork; international platforms typically focus on vehicle tracking.

Which providers support Checkinatwork?

AllConnects, GeoDynamics, Traxgo, and Suivo all offer solutions for electronic attendance tracking with the RSZ. The differences lie in the tracking method: via an app, a badge, a fixed terminal or turnstile at the site entrance, or a combination of these. Checkinatwork is generally not available on international fleet management platforms.

Which provider is the best fit for a farm or contract farming business?

Certified manure transporters need AGR-GPS for the record-keeping required by the Mestbank. AllConnects offers this service, including an app for the neighbor coordination system. We did not find any offerings for the agricultural sector among the other providers listed here.

Can I get vehicles, equipment, and personnel all from a single provider?

That’s possible, but not with every provider. AllConnects, Suivo, and GeoDynamics all offer a combination of vehicle tracking, equipment management, and employee time tracking. International fleet management platforms usually focus on vehicles alone, which means you’ll need a second system for equipment or employees.

How much does a track-and-trace system cost?

Most providers offer prices upon request, because the cost depends on the number of vehicles or assets, the selected modules, the type of hardware, and the installation. When comparing quotes, always add up the cost of the hardware, installation, and subscription fee over the entire contract term—a low monthly price combined with an expensive installation can end up costing more than the other way around.

Why does AllConnects publish a comparison with its competitors?

Because companies that are shopping around will compare options anyway—and they’d rather do so based on facts than on sales pitches. We limit ourselves to verifiable information, indicate where we were unable to verify something, and also point out where another provider has a stronger offering. We are not a neutral party, and that is stated on every comparison page.

Still comparing options?

Discuss your situation with a specialist. No sales pitch, just an honest answer—even if another provider is a better fit.
