Our live map shows everything in 1 overview to make your operational fleet processes run as smoothly as possible.
What does AllConnects' live tracking include?
Live tracking is included in FLEET.START, the basic subscription plan for FLEET.connect. Here's what you get from day one:
- A map showing all your vehicles, with a status color for each vehicle—green when driving, orange when idling, red when stationary
- A dashboard showing the current address of each vehicle
- Trip details, including exact departure and arrival times and locations, along with the customer’s or site’s name
- The route traveled on a map, by day or by trip
- Reports containing historical trip data, displayed on screen or as an XLS, PDF, or printout
- A report on internal and external battery voltage
- A report on entering and exiting POI zones
- Configurable Alarms for Anomalies
If you need more—driving behavior data, CAN bus, dashcam integration, maintenance tracking, driver registration via badge or automatic route planning—switch to FLEET.PRO. Same hardware, same platform.
Monitor vehicle data for better daily planning
Real-time fuel consumption monitoring
Live fleet fuel consumption data allows you to compare the performance of each vehicle and helps plan routes and manage driver assignments more efficiently.
Ensuring the correct temperature
With live tracking, you get real-time location data, ideal for a modern fleet of refrigerated freezer trailers.
Being aware of temperature changes and battery levels in your cooling and heating units eliminates the risk of human error and prevents potential financial losses to your business as a result.
In addition, you can have all Carrier and Thermo King data displayed in our system.
Everything under control with fleet hardware and software
Unexpected things can happen. Quick reaction and adaptation to the situation is very important. GPS tracking of your fleet and visibility of vehicle locations in real time can help by providing an overview of your fleet at a glance, so you always stay in control.
That's why we also offer automatic hardware status monitoring, so you know immediately if a tracker loses signal or has stopped sending data.
GPS trackers for hybrid and electric fleet
Managing hybrid and electric vehicles within a fleet presents unique challenges. In addition to monitoring range and scheduling charging times, it is essential to continuously track these vehicles for optimal efficiency.
Read how fleet managers deal with these challenges and how smart tracking solutions support this.
Automatically write tachograph data
Download tachograph data remotely to save valuable time and simplify your file management. You can schedule and automate the downloads.
Streamlining fleet maintenance
Make maintenance planning easier by setting automatic reminders. Let your employees perform vehicle checks via smartphone, track repair costs, manage licenses and other important documents. You also get automated calculations on fleet efficiency so you can make adjustments where necessary.
Why choose live tracking and fleet management?
At AllConnects, live tracking isn’t a standalone product—it’s the starting point for FLEET.connect. Those who begin by tracking the exact location of their vehicles can later expand to include driving behavior monitoring, maintenance scheduling, tachograph downloads, or driver identification—all within the same platform, without a second vendor and without a second invoice.
That’s why Belgian transportation, construction, and agricultural companies work with us: we plan and oversee the installation ourselves using our own staff and local partners, we provide support in Dutch and French, and we’ve been doing this since 2002. Below, you can read about how teams use our solutions every day.
The team behind FLEET.connect
AllConnects has been operating out of Kontich since 2002. We’re not a reseller of foreign software, but rather our own team that plans the installation, tests the hardware before it goes live, and continues to provide follow-up support afterward. If you call with a question, you’ll speak with someone who’s familiar with your case.
- In business since 2002, with an office and workshop in Kontich
- Installation by our own staff and a network of local partners
- Support in Dutch and French
Ready for the next step?
Live tracking provides the location data. These add-ons run on the same trackers and the same platform—you don't need a second system or a second vendor for them.
Frequently Asked Questions About Live Tracking and Fleet Management
What is real-time fleet tracking?
Live tracking is the real-time monitoring of your vehicles via a GPS unit installed in the vehicle. On the map in FLEET.connect, you can see the exact location and status of each vehicle: green when driving, orange when idling, and red when stationary. You can also see the current address, the route taken, and the departure and arrival times for each trip.
What is the difference between live tracking and trip logging?
Trip logging shows what happened; live tracking shows what’s happening right now. With trip logging, you can analyze trips, mileage, and stops after the fact. With live tracking, you can take action throughout the day: assign an urgent job to the nearest vehicle, or notify a customer before they call you. In FLEET.connect, both features are available on the same screen.
Is an employer in Belgium allowed to track company vehicles in real time?
Yes, provided it is done transparently. The GDPR and Belgian regulations on employee monitoring require that you define the purpose of the tracking in advance, inform your employees about it, and process no more data than is necessary for that purpose. AllConnects only provides systems that allow for this and helps you set them up; the obligation to inform your staff remains your responsibility as the employer.
Does live tracking also work on electric and hybrid vehicles?
Yes. In addition to location and driving behavior, when connected via CAN bus, the unit can also read vehicle-specific data, such as charge status and remaining range, depending on the make and model. That’s exactly the data you need to schedule charging sessions without missing any trips.
How quickly is live tracking installed and activated?
That depends on the vehicle type, the unit you choose, and the schedule. For a simple installation, it can be done within 48 hours: order today, installed tomorrow. Installation can take place at our workshop, at your location, or at a garage, provided there is a covered and sheltered workspace. Due to the transition from 2G to 4G, installation slots are filling up faster than before.
How many vehicles does it take for live tracking to be worthwhile?
FLEET.connect is designed for fleets of three to five vehicles. For smaller fleets than that, you can usually keep track of things with just a phone call. In principle, there’s no upper limit: the same platform is used by small contractors and large transportation fleets alike.
Can you also track trailers, machines, and equipment in real time?
Yes. For units without their own power source, such as trailers, containers, compressors, and generators, there are battery-powered standalone trackers (FLEET.ACTIVE). You can also connect trailers to the tractor via Bluetooth, so you can always see which trailer is attached to which truck.
Always in sight of your vehicles. Always in control.
Every fleet is different. Whether you’re just starting to compare options or already want a price estimate: choose the option below that works best for you. You’ll always speak directly with someone from AllConnects, not a call center.
