QR code and attendance recording
Immovable works carried out on certain work sites on Belgian territory are subject to an attendance registration obligation. These works include: demolition, construction, conversion, finishing, furnishing, maintenance, repair, and cleaning. Failure to comply with this obligation can result in serious penalties and CIAW fines that can quickly reach €6,000 per employee.
Attendance at workplaces where work is carried out on immovable property is registered and checked in with the NSSO by All-Connects' Checkinatwork application. In addition to the two commonly used ways to check in - via an identification badge on the time clock or in a company vehicle - a QR code can also be scanned for certain situations.
QR code scanning for foreign workers
Since March 1, 2014, the Limosa L1 notification document has contained a QR code. With that QR code, you can easily have foreign workers or self-employed persons performing work in immovable property in Belgium notified via the Checkinatwork time clock at the entrance to the construction site.
Save limo data via QR code
The QR code contains the most important data from the Limosa notification. Through the time clock developed by All-Connects, foreign workers can quickly and securely sign in simply by scanning the QR code. They do not have to perform any further manual actions. This saves time and avoids mistakes.
Checking a reporting certificate Limosa L1
Also, scan the QR code to check an L1 form in the Check Limosa mobile online service. Check Limosa allows you to compare the data from the form with that from the QR code. If you find irregularities, the online service will give you further instructions.
Smart QR code generator for Belgian workers
All-Connects offers employees with Belgian nationality who work for a Belgian company and want to register on site at the construction site without a Construbadge, Lisabadge or Limosa document the possibility to register themselves at CIAW anyway. On the time clock is a QR code that - once scanned - leads to a QR code generator. The employee enters the requested personal information that identifies him to the NSSO, and clicks to generate a one-time QR code, which can be scanned on the time clock.
