AllConnects is working on a new version of the app that will also record the check-out time.
No. Under “Check in and out at work,” every instance of presence must be recorded the moment someone enters or leaves the job site. Recording in advance, or from the office on behalf of someone else, will no longer be permitted as of April 1, 2027. Employees and subcontractors must therefore check in and out themselves using the app when they arrive at and leave the job site.
For subcontractors, the smartphone app is usually the most flexible option. They often work at different job sites for various general contractors, and with the app, no badge, card reader, or other hardware is required. They register using their own smartphone (iOS or Android), and the registration is automatically sent to the RSZ. A time clock or in-vehicle identification system is better suited for companies with a fixed job site or their own vehicles that are on-site daily.
The app is available for free download from the App Store and Google Play. You can only log in and submit registrations after you’ve activated a subscription through AllConnects. This subscription is pay-as-you-go: you pay per registered attendance, with no fixed monthly fee per employee. This makes the app ideal for companies with rotating shifts or seasonal peaks.
Yes. As a site manager or project manager, you can manage all active job sites from a single login in LIVE.connect, AllConnects’ online platform. You can see who is present at each job site, filter by person or date, and export records to Excel or PDF. When checking in, employees and subcontractors select the correct job site themselves in the app.
Yes. With the app, you can scan a foreign employee’s or subcontractor’s Limosa document. The data is automatically entered as a new person in LIVE.connect, including the verification with the RSZ. This ensures that foreign work crews are also correctly registered with the social inspectorate, without anyone having to manually enter the data.
It usually takes less than one business day from order placement to initial registration at the job site. After your subscription is activated, you’ll receive your login credentials, download the app, set up your job sites, and your employees and subcontractors can get started right away. No hardware installation or on-site technician is required.
Yes. In addition to tracking attendance, supervisors can use the same app to record inspections and audits on-site. Everything is centralized in LIVE.connect, so you can later show who performed which inspection and when.
