The LisaBadge (TO BE LISA) is a personal identification badge that works on any Checkin@work time-recording device—including AllConnects time clocks. Technologically, it works like a Construbadge; the difference lies in the accompanying information platform where time-recording data is shared by construction site.

Register foreign employees through Limosa

Do you work with foreign employees or foreign subcontractors? If so, they can scan the QR code from their Limosa-1 document at the time clock. This way, as the general contractor, you can be sure that they are properly registered—without having to retype the information yourself.

Frequently Asked Questions About Badges and Badge Holders

Can I use our existing Construbadges for Checkin@work?

Yes. The Construbadge is recognized directly by the AllConnects time clock. Your employees scan their badge upon arrival, and the registration is automatically forwarded to the RSZ’s Checkin@work platform.

What is the difference between a LisaBadge and a Construbadge?

Technologically, there is no difference: both badges are read by time-clock devices in the same way. The LisaBadge is also linked to the TO BE LISA platform, where time-clock data is shared by construction site—which is useful when many contractors and subcontractors are working together. Both badges work with the AllConnects time clock.

How do foreign employees check in at the construction site?

Foreign workers and subcontractors scan the QR code from their Limosa-1 document at the Checkin@work time clock. Their attendance is automatically recorded with the RSZ.

Do all my employees have to use the same device?

No. In practice, most companies choose a single, fixed method of clocking in for their own employees—for example, the Construbadge or company badge at the time clock, or automatic clock-in via the vehicle. They supplement this with the smartphone app for subcontractors and self-employed workers, and a QR scan of the Limosa document for foreign crews. All users work side by side on the same AllConnects solution, so no one needs to carry an extra badge.

Will the new Checkinatwork rules in 2027 change the badge selection?

According to the current draft bill, real-time IN and OUT registration will become the standard, and advance registration will be phased out by January 1, 2027, at the latest. The text is subject to change during the legislative process. For your carriers, little will change: every carrier listed on this page supports registration upon arrival and departure.
