Track & trace

Track & trace systems, based on GPS technology, allow companies to remotely track their fleets in real time. The black box is the heart of track & trace tracking systems and is built into the vehicle. Current status and position information is transmitted to the central server, in most cases via gprs data communication. This allows the back office to track the GPS position, route taken, speed, direction and ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) of vehicles, among other things.
