💶 Practical information about billing
The hardware invoice is a one-time charge and will be sent after your order is confirmed.
The installation invoice (also a one-time charge) will be issued after the installation is complete.
The first subscription invoice will be sent along with the installation invoice.
ℹ️ If you request an installation within 30 days, we’ll ask for a prepayment so we can ensure timely scheduling and preparation. Your service representative will provide you with more information.
