Why saving your AGR reports is really important.
Are you working with our AGR-GPS system? Then you know that everything is registered neatly as it should be. Some customers also already have a viewer subscription - that's great, that way you are already well prepared in case of a possible inspection by the manure bank (VLM). But we would like to give you an important tip: keep a copy of your AGR-GPS reports every day. Because even with a viewer, reports can be lost during a vehicle change or deletion.

As an approved manure hauler, you are required to be able to prove that your trips are recorded correctly when inspected by the Manure Bank (VLM). AGR-GPS reports are crucial in this regard. Only ... these are often forgotten. And then it's too late.
A real-life example: a report suddenly untraceable
One of our AGR customers was asked by VLM to prove a trip of August 1, 2024, performed with a specific vehicle (ID on license plate). Only that vehicle had since been sold, and the AGR-GPS system transferred to another vehicle. Consequence? The reports from the old vehicle were no longer listed.
There was no viewer subscription activated, so no access to report history. Panic, because missing evidence could lead to a high fine. The client contacted AllConnects - fortunately, we were able to help.
➡️ But even with a viewer, this is a risk: reports you retrieve later will be linked to the new license plate. Therefore, this remains the most important tip: 📂 Keep a copy of your AGR reports daily - on your PC, in the cloud or on an external hard drive.
Reports linked to active vehicles
AGR-GPS reports are linked to the active vehicles and license plates currently known to VLM. If a vehicle is deleted or a GPS unit is transferred, that link will expire. Without a viewer subscription or local backup, those reports disappear from view. And retrieval? Unfortunately, that's not obvious.
What can you do to avoid this?
📅Saveyour emailed AGR-GPS reports daily. You can download them automatically or export them manually.
🔎Take outa viewer subscription. For €4.5 per month/pulling vehicle, you maintain access to your full report history for the last year - even with vehicle changes. Any trailers? Then they will automatically become visible along with them.
🆗Regularly checkyour vehicle list in the manure counter as well as in our system. This way you avoid errors or missing data.
