Marc Vermandele started on his own account in 1971. Today, his son Ruben heads a company with 15 employees. Incomplete daily reports
Before the advent of coronavirus, when teams returned from a job site, they would visit the administration to report back. Based on those daily reports, accounting was able to produce detailed invoices detailing hours worked and materials used.

The experts from AllConnects sat around the table with Vermandele's administrative staff. Together they analyzed the work processes, which were translated into a step-by-step plan. The clerks received training to "mould" the app to their liking and add the necessary functionalities.

Daisy Devriendt: "In the app, the relevant details (site address, work and materials) are pre-programmed. The step-by-step plan is logically structured and the employee must go through the entire process so that we can include all the information in the invoice. People with different jobs are presented with different pathways. For example, a driver enters different data than someone from landscaping."
About three employees tested the system for a month. When problems arose, discussions took place to make adjustments where necessary. All-Connects also took suggestions into account, such as the request to add a navigation function.

Today, all employees are using the app via their smartphones. To the great satisfaction of the inside sales staff, "Everything works as it should and we once again have all the data for invoicing and post-calculation.
