Your AllConnects account manager will work with you to schedule a hands-on training session, either online or at your office. The training will be tailored to your operations and fleet. You will receive the date and time via email.

Write down your questions in advance —what do you definitely want to discuss? The more specific you are, the more tailored the training will be.

Make sure you have a laptop or tablet on which you can take the course—that way, you can start practicing right away.

Invite the right colleagues—and designate an internal champion.
This could be you, or a colleague who will use the platform on a daily basis. That person will learn the fastest and help others get started. When it comes to software, there’s one golden rule: use it or lose it —if you don’t work with it regularly, you’ll quickly forget the details. Having a dedicated champion ensures that the knowledge remains embedded within the company.
