AllConnects is a Belgian provider of fleet and asset management software based in Kontich, in operation since 2002. For employees and subcontractors without a Construbadge or Limosa document.
Create a personalized QR code for each worksite in just a few seconds. With our online tool, you can generate a unique Checkinatwork QR code based on the national registration number. You can save this code to your smartphone or print it out—simply scan it at the worksite time clock to ensure you’re properly logged in.

Attendance tracking via in-vehicle identification
For construction companies where the crew drives to the job site in a company vehicle.
Link the Checkinatwork registration to the vehicle identification using a Dallas key or company badge. As soon as your crew enters the site, both the driver and passengers are automatically registered and reported to the RSZ—without any additional action required.
AllConnects identifies both the driver and passengers using the badge in the vehicle, ensuring that the Checkinatwork registration and the mobility calculation are accurate in a single step.

Frequently Asked Questions About Checkinatwork on the Construction Site
The questions construction companies ask us most often about time tracking, subcontractors, inspections, and the new requirement taking effect in 2027.
2027Whatchanges will be made to Checkinatwork on April 1, 2027?
Effective April 1, 2027, “Checkinatwork” for construction projects will be replaced by “Check in and out at work.” You will then record not only the time someone arrives at the construction site, but also the time they leave. The threshold remains the same: construction projects with a total value of 500,000 euros or more, excluding VAT.
On the page “Check In and Out at Work 2027,” you can read about what this means in practice for your workforce and how you can start preparing now.
2027 WillI still be able topre-register starting in 2027?
No. As of April 1, 2027, employers will no longer be allowed to record their employees’ attendance in advance or remotely. Attendance must be recorded at the time an employee enters and leaves the worksite.
If you’re still using pre-registration today, you should adjust your workflow now. Registration on-site—via a time clock, app, vehicle, or turnstile—is consistent with that approach.
What is Checkinatwork, and who needs to register?
Checkinatwork is the mandatory electronic attendance tracking system for temporary or mobile construction sites in Belgium. Anyone performing work on a construction site with a total value of 500,000 euros or more (excluding VAT) must report their attendance to the RSZ: company employees, subcontractors, and self-employed individuals.
AllConnects handles this registration through LIVE.connect and sends the attendance records directly to the RSZ, so you don't have to enter anything manually.
Which Checkinatwork registration method is right for my construction site?
That depends on the duration of the job site, the number of subcontractors, and whether your crews have smartphones. AllConnects offers five methods: a QR code per job site for short jobs, a smartphone app for crews that commute between job sites, identification via an ID badge in the vehicle, a fixed time clock at the job site for crews without their own devices, and a turnstile for large, secured job sites.
All five run on LIVE.connect, so you can combine them while still maintaining a single overview of all your projects.
Do subcontractors also have to register?
Yes. Every company in the chain is responsible for registering its own employees at the construction site. As the general contractor, it’s in your best interest to ensure this is done properly, because during an inspection, the entire construction site is examined.
In LIVE.connect, you grant subcontractors access to the job site where they are working, so that their check-ins appear in the same overview as those of your own crews.
What about foreign workers and Limosa?
Employees who come to work in Belgium from abroad generally need to file a Limosa notification in addition to registering with Checkinatwork. These are two separate requirements: the Limosa notification must be filed in advance, while the attendance registration takes place on-site.
AllConnects tracks these employees in the same way as your own teams, so they don't have to be tracked separately.
What happens during an RSZ audit?
During an inspection, officials verify that everyone present on the construction site is properly registered. Missing or late registrations can result in penalties for both the contractor and the client.
In LIVE.connect, you can see who was registered for each job site and each day. You can view or export that overview immediately, without having to gather data from different systems.
Does the registration system work even without an internet connection at the construction site?
Yes. At job sites without stable coverage, the AllConnects app stores the data locally and sends it as soon as a connection is restored. The employee doesn't notice this and doesn't have to redo anything.
Want to be sure your Checkinatwork job site registration is correct, without any disputes?
Everything is recorded correctly. No errors, no stress during audits. Belgian, local, and tailored to your specific situation.
