Checkin@Work is a legal requirement under which, as a construction company, you must record every day which employees are present at a job site with a value of 500,000 euros or more (excluding VAT). This applies to your own employees, subcontractors, and independent contractors. Our solution automates this registration via badge, vehicle, or app. This helps you avoid errors, fines, and administrative hassles.
Starting April 1, 2027, Checkinatwork will be replaced by Check in and out at work on construction sites with a value of 500,000 euros or more (excluding VAT). You will then be required to record not only who arrives, but also who leaves. Recording attendance in advance or remotely will no longer be permitted: attendance must be recorded in real time, on the construction site.

Yes. Our CONNEQTR module immediately verifies whether the employee is in compliance with VCA, Limosa, training instructions, and other documents. If any documents are invalid, the employee will not be granted access. This ensures you’re always in compliance in the event of an inspection.
Yes, this is a commonly used yard solution. Your badge is literally your access card to the yard. The turnstile only opens if you are correctly registered and your documents are in order.
Absolutely. With our flexible identification options (ID card, QR code, RFID, Dallas key, etc.), subcontractors and temporary workers can also register quickly and easily. Foreign workers scan their Limosa QR code. The data is automatically imported, without anyone having to manually enter it.
You’ll receive a notification in the management platform if someone scans an invalid badge. This way, you’ll know exactly who tried to enter, when, and why access was denied (for example, an expired Limosa). Do you want to ensure that person doesn’t enter your site? Then choose the option to link the system to a turnstile.
You’ll receive automatic reports showing the check-in time for each job site and each employee. If the time is logged while in the vehicle, you’ll have a complete overview of attendance and driving times. This is useful for project tracking, invoicing, or post-project cost analysis.
Please note: As of today, Checkinatwork only tracks arrival at the job site. Starting April 1, 2027, clocking out will also be required under “Check in and out at work.” Would you like to implement clocking out now? If so, it’s best to install an additional time clock at the exit—possibly linked to a turnstile—to ensure no one forgets to clock out, as our client Monument Vandekerckhove has done.
